We’ve always been confident in our quality customer service, and regularly review our procedures to ensure a right-first time of 98% or above. Until recently, however, this was not reflected in the quality of feedback we received on average. Many reviews unfortunately were retailer complaints misdirected towards Sheridan, or were created in the short space of time between us becoming aware of an issue and rectifying it.
We decided it was time for a new approach – asking our customers what they thought.
From January we simply began sending emails requesting feedback to our end-users after we had completed their installations. We requested over 1200 surveys, offering to donate £1 to charity for every one completed, good or bad. Fortunately, over 100 people to date have answered our call with overwhelmingly positive sentiment.
To date, we have pledged £102 (and counting) to our local cancer charity, with the aim to raise £10,000. We would like to thank all those who have reviewed us so far for helping us to support this great cause, as well as helping those following in their footsteps to feel confident and happy about the service they will receive.
