Sheridan celebrate new site expansion
Article last updated: 10/09/2008
September has seen the completion of the new 75 000 sq. ft site expansion programme. £2 million has been invested into this project with £750K being spent solely on state of the art, fully automated machinery. This new site has created a working space that will help reduce lead-times, boost productivity and improve storage and dispatch facilities. The new expansion will cope with the soaring demand for their expanding portfolio and from this will expect an increased turnover to around £20 million in 2009.
Sheridan has celebrated the opening by inviting customers, suppliers and local councillors to an Official Open Day, which was presented by Rt. Hon Ed Balls MP. Guests were taken on a guided tour of the new site, which included a factory tour plus presentations on all the new machinery and facilities.
