Bench Hand Joiner/Fabricator

Package includes: Rate of pay negotiable dependant experience
Hours: Normal hours of work are Monday to Thursday 06.30 to 17.30 hours and Friday 06.30 to 13.30. Average 48 hour week with hours above 39 paid at overtime rates

MATERIALS CONTROLLER
Date posted: 28/05/2009The role will be to manage and maintain raw material stocks to ensure continuity of supply and effective stock management in a busy manufacturing environment.
The jobholder will ensure that all stocks are booked in on delivery and allocate stock to the factory.
Carry out regular stock takes, and maintain stock records on computer based system. They will be responsible for stock rotation and highlight slow moving stock.
Candidates should be of a good standard of education be IT literate and have a background in stock management. You will require good communication and interpersonal skills togetherr with the ability to work in methodical and organised manner.
Experience of solid surface materials and stone would be a distinct advantage.
